Friedbert is the former founder and partner of industry renowned companies such as "Herbold & Associates" as well as "Hofmann Herbold & Partner - Management Consulting" and has been one of the most successful "Executive Search Consultants" in the German-speaking world since the late 1980s.

He developed a methodical approach to identifying relevant decision-making factors and personality traits in interviews and was a leader in filling DAX and MDAX executives.

From the beginning, Friedbert's approach has been accompanied by a good and professional relationship with board members, executives, and investors within his main consulting fields. These include the German industrial and professional services sector but also an established network in the private equity and family office-led asset management and trust companies.
