Francesco has more than 25 years of experience in executive search, consulting, and human resources. His core expertise lies in the identification and selection of senior executives and highly qualified specialists for national and international organizations.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Francesco began his career in executive search early on and quickly established himself as an entrepreneur in the consulting industry.

Over the years, he has built and managed consulting companies, led international projects, and founded specialized executive search boutiques in healthcare and service providers in the consulting business.

As a Partner at a Frankfurt/M -based executive search firm, Francesco was responsible for high-profile mandates across industries such as consumer goods, automotive, professional services, management consulting.

Since 2020, he has also been advising international consulting firms and clients from the financial sector and has been active as a co-founder and partner in startup of a digital HR consulting company.

Francesco’s work is characterized by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and deep understanding of international business environments. Clients value his ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and deliver sustainable, tailor-made executive solutions.

Francesco is German and Italian mother tongue, and he is fluent in English and resides in Frankfurt and Berlin.
