He began his career early in executive search and quickly established himself as an entrepreneur in the consulting industry. Over the years, Francesco has founded and managed consulting businesses, led international projects, and built specialised executive search boutiques, particularly within healthcare and professional services.

Prior to joining HTP Group, Francesco was a Partner at a Frankfurt-based executive search firm, where he led high-profile mandates across sectors including consumer goods, automotive, professional services, and management consulting. Since 2020, he has also advised international consulting firms and financial services clients, while acting as co-founder and partner of a digital HR consulting start-up.

Francesco holds a degree in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. His work is characterised by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and a deep understanding of international business environments. Clients value his ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and deliver sustainable, tailor-made executive solutions.

Fluent in German, Italian, and English, Francesco is based in Frankfurt and Berlin and works closely with clients in Germany and internationally.

At HTP Group, Francesco will focus on further developing the firm’s Executive Search activities in Germany, working in close collaboration with HTP’s international partner team to support clients facing complex leadership and organisational challenges.
